The Introduction
Once we match you to a pool of potential employees, you’ll have the opportunity to review their resumes and personality profiles. We then mediate a time and place for you and the candidate(s) to meet, get to know one another, and discuss the position in greater detail. After your interview, we’ll follow up to discuss your decision and organize the next phase of the process.
Employment and After
If you decide the candidate is a good fit for your company, and the candidate thinks your company is a good fit for them, we’ll handle everything to get your working relationship started. We can mediate on issues like benefits and salary to ensure everyone is happy. Once an agreement is met, NDSE will keep in touch with you to make sure everything is going smoothly.
