CEO and Senior Engineer Frank Ernesto has years of experience in project management, guiding and mentoring junior engineers with NDSE. Prior to founding the company, he worked in professional consulting in Information Technology, including infrastructure design, deployment and security. Frank holds several professional industry certifications including the INFOSEC designation from the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)²® which is the globally recognized Gold Standard for certifying information security professionals. In addition, Frank holds many high-level certifications from industry leaders such as Juniper Networks, Cisco Systems and Microsoft.

Frank has used his expertise in design deployment and infrastructure management to support companies in both the private and non-profit markets. His previous clients include Dominion VA Power and GE Financial (now Genworth Financial), where he was responsible for the management and network improvement of various aspects of corporate infrastructures including designing and deploying new and optimized IT solutions.

Frank has a Bachelors Degree from Louisiana Tech University. Professional memberships include the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Computer Security Institute (CSI).

Additional members of the NDSE team hold expertise in a plethora of Information Security and Information Technology areas.

Moe brings over 15 years in professional consulting in Information Technology, infrastructure design, deployment and security as Vice President and Lead Engineer of NDSE. He has extensive experience in IP networking and Microsoft infrastructures, as well as significant expertise in project and situation management, troubleshooting and deployment. Moe's professional industry certifications include COMPTIA A+ certification,Cisco Sales Expert, Cisco IP Communications Express Sales Specialist and certification in AXIS Network Video.

Moe has provided his expertise in design deployment and network management to many private and non-profit organizations, including international corporations in the Middle East, Africa and Japan. In addition to his extensive experience, Moe’s ability to understand client needs and translate that understanding into a complete technology solution has helped bring NDSE to the forefront of the IT services industry.

Moe holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
